At Gooding360, we’re 100% committed to customer satisfaction. However, in the event that you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the time your order was received. Simply email email@example.com (with your order number in the subject line) outlining your reasons for wanting to return your item and a member of our team will get back to you. All requests will be attended to within 48 hours.
Please note shipping costs will be assumed by you, the customer. We can arrange the collection of unwanted goods and this will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable and in-person returns are not permitted under any circumstances. We kindly ask you to ensure a collection receipt is obtained as this is proof of having returned your parcel to us.
Upon arrival at Gooding360 HQ, your item will be subject to an inspection carried out by our returns team, at which point it will be decided whether you’re entitled to a full or partial refund. Please note inspections may take up to 5 working days and we will only issue a full refund if your unwanted item is deemed to have been returned in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, refund or exchange requests cannot be accepted after 14 days have passed. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require:
- Proof of purchase (your order number)
- Items to be unused and in the same condition as received, free from any signs of wear or neglect
- Packaging to also be in the same condition as received, including any accessories such as nuts, bolts, brochures and installation manuals
- Your refund or exchange request to be made within the 14-day window from the time of your delivery
Processing of refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team at Gooding360 HQ, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund or exchange request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. This can take up to 7 working days.
If you wish to cancel your order
If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order and it has yet to be dispatched, we’ll simply cancel it. However, in the event that you wish to cancel an order that is already on its way to you, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note cancelled orders returned to us will need to be inspected prior to us being able to issue a refund.
If your item is damaged in transit
If you believe your order has been damaged in transit, we need to be notified of the same within 24 hours of delivery. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we cannot process your return. To notify us, please send high-resolution photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will get back to you. If it is confirmed that your order was indeed damaged in transit, the item/s will be collected at our expense and will be subsequently repaired or replaced depending on stock availability.
Luxe Hanging Egg Chairs
Our Luxe Hanging Egg Chairs are covered by a standard one-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. However, please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes, without limitation, any visible damage to any part of the product, signs of dropping, improper use, exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture or rust etc. Chairs will either be repaired or exchanged at our discretion. Warranty claims made outside of this one-year period will not be accepted.
